Preparing the device:
- Prepare the Inhaler: First, open the mouthpiece cap of the MDI inhaler.
- Shake the Inhaler: Shake the inhaler well to mix the medication.
- Insert into Spacer: Insert the inhaler firmly into the slot at the back of the spacer. The device is now ready.
Administering the dose:
- Position Your Child: Make sure your child is sitting comfortably and calmly. If your child is very young, you can have them sit or lie on your lap.
- Place the Mask: Gently but firmly place the baby mask over your child's mouth and nose, ensuring it creates a snug seal with no gaps.
